What you need to know about the Medical Weight Loss Plan
Initial appointment
45 minute video appointment booked online with Dr Uddin to discuss your needs, medical history, health and weight goals. You will be given information about weightloss injectables, what to expect and how this can affect your HRT (if applicable), as well as diet and lifestyle plan. You will then receive a private prescription and injectables delivered to your address.
Your GP will be informed of any changes to your medication that are needed.
Monthly medication and support
The cost of your treatment is taken every 4 weeks, starting at £225.
Before the end of every 4 weeks you will receive a questionnaire followed by a 20 minute call with Dr Uddin to discuss progress and dosage changes.
Metabolic Check
The option to book blood tests in one of our clinical hubs near you. Discuss your results: hormones (oestradiol, testosterone, thyroid), vitamins (B12, ferritin, folate and vitamin D) and metabolic markers (diabetes, cardiac, bone health) with Dr Uddin for your individualised metabolic health plan, in a 45 minute extended monthly check in.
Eligibility
You must be over 18 to be eligible for this plan. You must also have either:
- a BMI over 30
- a BMI over 27 and a weight-related conditio
